NETLAB+ Packet Tracer Pod Now Available

We are pleased to make you aware of a new addition to our supported topologies for NETLAB+ VE, the beta release of the Packet Tracer Pod.

The Packet Tracer Pod provides access to a Packet Tracer virtual machine so that your learners with a Google Chromebook or “diskless” workstation can use NETLAB+ to access Packet Tracer. Cisco Packet Tracer is an excellent tool for building the skill sets needed for programming and configuring Cisco routers, switches, and access points. Using NETLAB+, users can access and use Packet Tracer remotely, eliminating the need for learners to install Packet Tracer on their individual devices.

See information on installing the Packet Tracer Pod.

See the Packet Tracer page for documentation resources to guide you in setting up a course in Cisco Netacad, instructions on scheduling a lab session, and guidance on accessing Packet Tracer Workbench from a lab session.

This topology is available to all NETLAB+ customers with a current maintenance agreement who are participants in the Cisco Networking Academy.
