Planned Release of NETLAB+ Virtual Edition

Network Development  Group (NDG), is planning the release of a new version of NETLAB+, designed to run as a virtual appliance within the VMware vSphere environment.  This new virtual edition of NETLAB+, NETLAB+ VE, marks a major change from the physical hardware version of NETLAB+ that has served hundreds of thousands of learners for the past 15 years.

To prepare for this change we are taking the following steps:

• We will freeze new orders of the current hardware version of NETLAB+ starting June 15, 2016.  We are freezing orders to assure that we are not asking customers to redeploy in a short-term window. 
• We will offer NETLAB+ VE as a beta release to our existing customers.  
• You will be offered the opportunity to run NETLAB+ VE in parallel with your existing NETLAB+ deployment for 12 months.
• Access to a new NETLAB+ VE, hosted by NDG, will be available for client evaluation.

We know that many of you will be eager to try NETLAB+ VE.  We want to reassure our current customers, those who have invested in NETLAB+ for many years and recent purchasers, that participation in the first transition phase is voluntary.  Your current NETLAB+ system will continue to be supported by NDG.
